Marco's Pizza

Pizza was 1 1/2 hours late, was burnt and we called them and they said they would refund the money and get us a remake….. which was cool but we just called to place the order and they said the Manager we spoke to didn’t leave a note and that they couldn’t make us the order even though we have the receipt on our phone and we have pictures of the pizza they won’t we make our food now and on top of that the refund still hasn’t came through and this was only four days ago though but they say they can’t recall

I misjudged how much time I’d have to I had to leave before my food was done When I came back the food was still warm and amazing

Ordered a steak and cheese sub, simple enough since it only comes with mayo, steak, mushroom and cheese. We asked for no mushroom to make it even easier. Well they delivered a philly cheese steak which the store doesnt even offer, when we called and asked the manager was very rude, belittled us and tried to argue that they made the sandwich correctly.... a damn sandwich they dont even offer. Then after he finally stopped arguing with us he said he would refund us and when we started to talk he hung up, called back and were told the manager was busy now, supposedly his name is Matt. Horrible service at this location, avoid at all cost. March 28th 2022
