The food and drinks are expensive, but expertly done. It is more gourmet than gourmand - so the deliciousness comes in smaller portions. The bartender, Jesse, made the best French 75 I have had, and when I praised the drink, she came over to thank me and we chatted - and she even gave me the recipe! Definitely a place for foodies. Everything was not just excellent, but *precisely* prepared with nuanced seasoning and complexity. A real indulgence.
I really enjoyed the dining experience yesterday. I loved the modern interior, the service is exceptional and the knowledge the server has about food and drinks is clear. Elegant food presentation! Tasty food! Portions are good (not big and not small) They do have Vallet parking beside the restaurant. The reservation online was smooth and i went earlier and they provided me with a good table for my special event. Also the server knew about my event information ???? Well done.
First time here has a seat right by the prep area. Cool experience being able to see all the effort it goes into one's meal. Fantastic cocktails and delicious dinner. I had wagu steak and the Mrs had duck. The spinach side with cheese curds was interesting and the wife loves the mushrooms.
