I enjoyed the expirence here. The sushi was beautiful and tasted great! And the service and space was really cool. The menu was massive but still readable so that was good! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the not sushi (the yaki soba to be exact) it had an interesting apple cider taste which I am not a big fan of haha. But other than that it was an amazing place and would recommend trying their sushi

Really fun trendy feeling atmosphere! Love the fun sushi name and tastes awesome too. Highly recommend telling them ahead of time if you are splitting or doing separate.

Billy Sushi is the bomb! It’s been a struggle to find quality sushi in Minneapolis after living in Japan for two years, but this place really did the trick. It was a bumping atmosphere, and I appreciated all the advice that the servers provided as we paged through the menu. We got the Yuzu Tuna and JFC to start. If I had to pick, I’d go with the Yuzu Tuna, but they were both top notch. We got the Chef’s Choice Nigiri and Supreme Combo for our main course. I’d probably force myself to get something else if I went back again but I’d highly recommend both options for someone stopping in for the first time. Their drink menu was fun to read through with it being themed around Minnesota musicians and were even more fun to test out. At Your Window and Whiskey Drunk & Bulletproof were our favorites but I’m sure all the other options are just as good.
