Southern Recipes Grill

I just ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash. I was disgusted. The chicken strips were burnt. The Mac and cheese was missing as well as the gravy. Rolls were raw in the middle. Mashed potatoes were consistency of soup and there were two random noodles floating in the black eyed peas. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never left a bad review for a restaurant, but this was over the top. DoorDash was very helpful and understanding once they saw the pictures I produced and immediately offered a full refund.

I went there last Saturday let me tell you the food is delicious. My waitress was Gigi. Gigi very super duper friendly and patient, gives us time to look at the menu’s. She also sits with you and gives you great suggestion. She’s very fast and professional and also helpful. She’s very sincere bubbly and funny. She puts a lot of effort what she dose. For example if something doesn’t seem right she fix it. The girls are great too.

Best southern find! Like the Carolinas! The portions were large, and lots of sides, soup or salad too. Best option for price like grandma’s cooking. And the best homemade pie! We had the apple. They offer daily specials and breakfast too. The staff is kind as well and very clean restrooms. Worth a try, but we’ll be back for sure. Thanks!
