Lima Taverna

Lima Taverna was a wonderful experience. The food was tasty, thoughtfully prepared, and artistically presented, and the service was attentive and personable. We went for lunch so it wasn't crowded. The location, around the back of the shopping center, isn't visible from the main road, but your search will be rewarded. A great, family-owned spot, run by native Peruvians who take great pride in their food and its history. Will be back!

Best Peruvian Food in the Metroplex in my opinion!! James was excellent! Nice, happy and cozy atmosphere. The pisco sour was phenomenal! Excellent place to get lunch or hang out with friends! We had the Lomo Salteado, Lima ceviche and Pescado a lo Macho and those were amazing! We can wait to go back.

this is by far the BEST Peruvian restaurant I’ve been too here in North Texas. My mom and I came here for the first time and James was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. The Ceviche classico, Causa, Lomo Saltado, and Tallarines verde con asado were so delicious and had a rich taste. We came on a weekday so we didn’t get to see the live music. However, James was so friendly and conversed with us and made sure we enjoyed our food. I definitely recommend this restaurant for authentic Peruvian food with amazing customer service. Definitely will be coming back with friends & family.
