Sono Sushi

My waiter was great but the kitchen took 20+ minutes to make sushi and it wasn't packed at all for dinner. The quality of fish is good but the rice ... the rice was obviously made a long time ago during the day and was hard and cold. High end sushi always serve warm rice. Also the quantity of rice is too much and the ratio of fish to rice was overall not balanced. That's a common issue in cheap sushi restaurants across the US. However, I didn't expect this issue given the price. I don't think it's worth it to come back for the sushi.

I Love SONO! The Fish is fresh, the variety is great and the Chefs creations are wonderful! The staff is outgoing and friendly. Always attentive. I enjoy their food 2 to 3 times a week. If you want a Nice atmosphere and Great food, THIS IS THE PLACE! ENJOY Your Eating Experience!

Ambiance was not what I expected from a restaurant with such high food standards. Needs a renovation. Presentation was good. The sushi was artsy and delicious with plenty of fish and very little " filler". Staff did not look happy. Our waitress did not speak to ask if we needed help explaining the menu or if we liked it. She quickly walked up (after 15 minutes) and said, "are you ready?". No hello, welcome, specials etc. Probably won't be back, although the sushi was very high quality.
