Sonic Drive-In

I ordered a cheeseburger meal for me and meals for my 2 kids. It took a very long time to come out, to the point where my 7 year old asked if we should just leave. We hung in there and when it came out, my burger literally felt like it came out of a refrigerator. I've never had something like that happen before. It made me question how they even prepare the food. I went back up to the door, burger in hand, and the car hop guys kept running in and out, trying not to make eye contact with me and the two other guests who were there to complain. I finally had to knock to get an employees' attention. He offered a new burger. I declined. I would avoid this place at all costs. Also, trash every where. The mic didn't work on the first screen we walked up to, and the card reader didn't work on the next one. Inside the employee area, someone had their cell phone set up playing anime. Lol. Do I want to speak to anyone who owns this place? Absolutely not. They're the reason it's like this.

Single worst Sonic location I've been to. This location is typically my go to since it is the closest to home. HOWEVER, today is the last time I come here. Service here is usually a 50/50 of being bad or good. Today was the breaking point. I waited in the drive-thru line, but when i got to the screen to order... nothing... for several minutes no one came on to greet me or even state that they will be right with me... just nothing... I even spoke to the speaker in hopes of getting a response, but no. As I pulled forward (I was just going to order at the window since the speaker/screen was presumably broken) I could see multiple employees on their phones and looking at each others phones with personal ear buds in addition to the headsets from Sonic. So as I assumed the speaker/screen was broken, I stated this to the woman behind me in line as a courtesy. Within a minute, a voice came on to help the lady and I was slightly annoyed by this. Whoever is taking orders at your window right now, 10:30am on Saturday September 10, 2022 is rude and disrespectful for no reason. He isn't qualified to interact with the general public. The day just started and this kid has a terrible attitude already. I misheard him one time while I was reading the menu and that resulted in him mocking me three times. You sometimes see represented in movies or tv situations where the person working the fast food window gets bullied by disrespectful customers. In this case, the joker you have working the register is a bully. Every short exchange we had was met by unnecessary attitude and hostility. There's no reason for him to take his dissatisfaction with his own job and place in life out on customers who just wanna get food and be on their way. Grow up. I've updated my rating and won't be back to this location. If there is anyone with authority at this particular store who takes customer service seriously, I implore you to have a good, long talk wit
