The first time I went there for a sugar-freezy and they squirted so much syrup I could not even eat it... So of course I went again about a week later I sat and waited and pushed the button and 10-15 minutes later still nobody so I left
Horrible experience ordered food waited 30 minutes nothing people who walked up and drove up got food before me. If you can't handle online orders and people driving up to order, then get rid of one Instead of making people wait forever. Never got my food I left and went to Wendy's got food within 15mins. Take notes!
There was one night when I was there and I had waited for a great deal of time for my order. Finally someone came to my car and said that they didn't know what happened to my order . I was not happy and just asked for my money back. I tried calling the store to complain and nobody answered, they never do. Often times when I go there , quite a few of the kiosks are down
