Just arrived bedraggled from Cincinnati and we’re excited to see a ruby Tuesday restaurant. We were we were warmly welcomed and seated Samuel introduced himself and spent the next few hours entertaining us and serving us. The fall menu including the salad bar was excellent especially like the artichoke dip and the rib appetizer. My tilapia was blackened to perfection and my wife’s ribeye was mouthwatering.. Samuel had excellent recommendations on beverages and side dishes and kept us entertained. He’s a real professional and we look forward to see him again. Had the 12oz. Rib eye and baked potato . I guess the potato was not a Idaho potato lol. The Rib eye was ok. The restaurant was nice the salad bar was fresh and good.
Sam and Destiny are awesome. A few weeks ago I placed a togo order over the phone, and Sam was so pleasant and helpful. Once I arrived to pick up the order, he was so welcoming and friendly. He was so awesome my husband and I decided to go back the next weekend. When we arrived I didn't see Sam, so we were sat with someone else, Destiny. She was just as nice and helpful. We had a really great experience. Sam ended up coming in later on and he came over to speak with us for a moment. It was just an overall great experience. The food was delicious too. A total win!!! Thank you to Sam, Destiny, and the kitchen for an awesome dinner! We can't wait to go back!
