fresh!! delicious! I had a terrific salad, my man had one fresh made overstuffed sandwich. Both much better than expected for the super causal atmosphere. Order at the bar and pickup. Soda fountain drinks are self serve. Kid-friendliness: Lively color scheme. Fun. Casual. Right near other attractions.
Our first trip to St. Louis and our hotel had a list of places to eat. They did not steer us wrong - the staff was friendly and helpful and the food is very good. They have a great variety of sandwiches and salads, serve a local brand of soft drinks called Excel which are very good - I did not miss my national name brand cola at all. Looking forward to coming back this city and eating here again.
My Italian was really good! It was toasted properly, my veggies were fresh, and everything was properly portioned (meat, cheese, veggies, spread). I’ll definitely be ordering from them again next time I’m in the area.
