Smashburger

Went for the first time to a Smashburger here and the employee who took our orders didn’t greet us or even respond when I said “Hi” first. Later same employee did not respond when I said “Thank You” for our meal. We were the only customers there at the time. The meal we ordered consisted of two shakes and two single burgers and a shared order of fries which came up to $28. I could have gone anywhere else for less in order to be treated rudely by the order taker. Later this same employee was yelling at the people in back that she didn’t know where things were and it was extremely awkward. I saw her yelling at the people in the back as she was facing a new customer and I don’t understand how that individual is allowed to be the one taking orders. You can go to chick fil a or McDonald’s or basically anywhere else and find better customer service for less cost. One and done for us with Smashburger.

First time to visit this location Had the classic with cheese Very tasty Probably should have had the double The single burger would not fill a hungry man People in my party shared tots Sweet potato fries and onion rings All were above average Though the order of tots seemed rather skimpy Overall a good experience

Burgers and fries are good! I always get mine to go! Friendly staff the last time I went.
