Having a great experience is part of eating out. Whether one orders a meal to go or actually sits down. And it starts with the hostess, I walked in on August 20th of 2022, to pickup an order that was called in. Asked the young lady, "where do I go to pickup an order?" This was her response, "outside on the table." Now never mind that I have never order a to go meal from this place, I did not know that my meal was actually inside through the curbside entrance. A better explanation of where to find my meal would have been appreciated. I understand that everyone has an off day, but to simply not care even after I went back, and explained to her about the terrible directions, she couldn't care less. Worse than this incident is that she was training someone new. Great experiences begin with the first encounter.
