The food is more meat then breading. Haven’t had anything greasy. I did have an issue with an internet order. When I came in I expected to be met with opposition but instead it was handled very professionally. Like literally, I was shocked. They are the chic fi la of customer service in that incident. I will continue to come here just based on their customer service alone. My meal was taking an additional amount of time and the cashier asked me if I would like a drink while I waited? I was thinking water but she invited me to the soda machine. This little act of kindness went a long way. Very impressed guys. 5 stars all the way.
My family and I came in 10 min before closing. We ordered 6 different meals. The staff was patient and our food came quick. Everything was correct and delicious when we got home. I moved to Kentucky and this is a treat for me when I visit Richmond.
