Food was good, personnel are nice but the bathrooms need to be cleaned.
Went on Sat. morning to the Mechanicsville Trnk location. I usually do drive÷thur. Drive thru line was long so I went inside thinking it would be faster...not so. Staff seems to have missed the concept of fast food. Truly wish I had stayed in drive thru. Then I would not have seem the inside. Seems to have missed the cleanliness concept as well, especially in the self serve drink and condiment area. Heard others complaining. about wait time, no creamer for the coffee, order mix-ups, etc. Don't think I'll go back.
Food here is very hit or miss, it truly depends on the day you go. Service is fairly slow so if you go, plan to wait.
