I wish there was a way to give this location zero stars. I went there with my sister yesterday and we were greeted and asked to wait 20 minutes. From the window we could clearly see there were numerous empty tables but nonetheless we sat down next to a very kind family who was asked to sit right before we were. I got busy with my daughter but the family next to us noticed families were walking in and being directed to the back to be seated. We thought the first was a fluke but then noticed another 2 families being ushered back. We obviously became upset because 40 minutes had passed at this point. When we asked for the manager, a very arrogant man came out. He tried to speak down to me and show me the list to show me there are names ahead of mine. I told them we were the only two families in the lobby when we arrived so there must be an error or the list must not be updated. He told me the families they sat ahead of us had been there earlier and were waiting for their tables outside. I
Went here for breakfast. Time was 7:14am. Walked inside greeted by host took our name down (which I thought was weird due to nobody being in the restaurant) and walked to the back. I could here him tell the server that she had two. Her response was rude and he walked back and said that it would be 20 minutes. I asked him what time they opened and he looked at me and said “I thought we were already open” needless to say we didn’t eat breakfast here and left. And after seeing the reviews I am glad we didn’t.
The staff are very kind and hard working. If you want a calm experience at 12pm on a Saturday, then this is the spot. Honestly, IHOP (does the company own batter recipes or something) has become very bland unless you are having something dessert based pancakes. I don't recommend the gluten free. The batter tastes like salty play-doh perhaps from too much baking powder or soda to help with rise but the company could have used xanthan gum instead. Dietary restrictions: So they do have gluten-free options, but the batter makes pancakes taste like play-doh.
