authentic pork sisig kapampangan love it! only tasting it back home now I can have it here in Filipino Town ????
My first time there and I was excited. I ordered 2 plates of Crispy pata for my brothers, they enjoyed it. I ordered 2 okays and lumpia for myself. I was disappointed. My okoys were burnt and dripping with oil. The lumpia was also soggy. I hope this was just a fluke or off day for them.
The Best Crispy Pata and Sisig! Their java rice and vinegar dip works well with the meat. They have the original TibokTibok (Maja Blanca of the Kapampangan). We'll definitely be back here to eat.
