Silk Restaurant & Lounge

My husband and I had date night and really had a wonderful experience. The food was great especially the honey lemon pepper wings. We got some of the whole experience dinner , hookah and club vibes. Will definitely go back

After hearing so many mixed reviews, I decided to visit the restaurant and check it out. It was a weekday evening around 5:00 pm when I visited. My party of two was seated quickly with no wait. The hostess was friendly and guided us to our table near the bar. We were informed that our waitress would be with us shortly. In spite of this, 15 minutes passed without anyone visiting us. The two of us started looking around, hoping to catch a member of staff's attention so they could bring us menus. Identifying the staff was difficult as there were no uniforms or name tags to help identify them quickly. Behind the bar, there was a young gentleman who approached our table and asked if we had been served. We replied no and requested menus. Our drinks and menus were brought to us by him. As the menus were printed on copy paper and not laminated, the stains were clearly visible. Also, a few words were misspelled. I spent this last weekend with my girls and we just wanted a place where we could chill and VIBE … Silk is most definitely that place! We read the reviews and still decided to go out and support this black owned business in the Vista !! We had an AMAZING time ! We went out Saturday night and they made amazing drinks and the DJ was on point !!! Music was lit, environment was vibing and the people were all in such good spirits. We went back Sunday to eat for brunch and the customer service was top notch ! Mimosas are BOMB and the food was delightful. I got the shrimp and grits YUM !!! We are already planning to go back for my besties birthday next month …. Go support and have a great time !!!
