That hit the spot for a delicious and flavorful noodle soup. Sheung Shui focuses on making the best fish soup they can, and it you can taste the care and attention towards the broth and ingredients. I ordered their main item, the House Special Fish Soup with Fish Filet and Rice Noodle. There are an assortment of toppings included in the soup such as fish cake, cabbage, mushrooms, clams, and green onions. The broth is rich and flavorful, which satisfies that rich soup craving that one might get for ramen. The rice noodles are very soft and have good flavor as well, soaking up the broth. The fish filet were mild in flavor and was soft enough to melt in your mouth. All of the toppings were also excellent and well done. I would love to come back and try some other dishes, including the seafood chowder rice soup, which is served with all the toppings portioned separately in a beautiful display. First time here, didn't expect much as I personally don't like fishy soup, but this definitely WOW me! I had Seafood Chowder (chef special), it's really really good! Two thumbs up. The ambience is great too and the mellow jazz music ???? Glad we found this place and will definitely come back to try other dishes.
