Shanghai and Tokyo

The food is ok if you want chinese fast food. However, there are always communication issues. Today I ordered 2 egg rolls on the side along with my meal. When I got home and opened the bag, there were no egg rolls. I called and they told me I never ordered them. : l

Basically the lady over the phone yelled at my wife we asked for general Tao’s not spicy we got a general Taos so spicy my wife burned her lip and they put peppers the size of cockroaches and on top of that when i asked for a manager to get a refund for what we couldn’t eat I got a “she’s not here” and then I got hung up on I paid 72 bucks for a meal that I couldn’t enjoy and then to get yelled at by the lady over the phone avoid this place at all costs

Well today I had a very bad experience with Shanghi. My order was delivered. When I got ready to fix everybody’s food. I noticed that the rice didn’t look like it was cooked right. The food was light yellow almost white and it tasted like water and looked like it was wet instead of stir fry. I called the store to tell them what happened and the young lady kept hanging up on me. Then she told me to bring the food back in . I explained to her that I didn’t have a car . I called back at least 3 times and she continued to hang up on me. I asked one of my neighbors to give me a ride there. The man that has the little salt and pepper hair offered to remake my order. The young lady came over after he went to have the food remade . She was very unprofessional, she told me not to come there to buy food again. I was in shock on how she handled the situation. I told her that I have been coming for years and I never had a problem .So I told the man to just give me my money back . They treated me
