Cooks inside of the store are definitely unable to comprehend the most simplest of orders I ordered 3 chicken big macs and gave me 1 chicken big Mac and 2 regular big Mac with the ticket on the box saying "CHICKEN BIG MAC" and they put beef patties instead of chicken. I will make sure to quadruple check and hold up the line for 30 mins just to make sure the order wasn't made by some uneducated uncultured mediocre employee

Terrible experience at this McDonalds! They concentrated on drive thru and neglected the dine-in, takeout and DoorDash customers. My husband and I ordered at the kiosk for dine-in, sat down and waited for nearly 30 mins we observed many workers completely ignore all the customers inside the store and give all the food to drive thur. After waiting we got up to ask about our order and was told they had a lot of orders so we asked for a refund. Took 10 more mins to get a refund and they told our order had been ready along time ago but was left on the counter by the worker and never served to us at our table!! What!!! Who does that! We got a refund and will never return to this place nor do we recommend!

They make you be your own cashier. Refused to take order at register. Only 1 kiosk was working and didn’t offer proof of purchase.. completely under staffed and should close down until they are staffed correctly.
