Very good food for a Pollo Tropical like usual but the atmosphere was very loud. It was like eating lunch at a construction site. And the Cuban Ladies screaming at each other back and forth but not about the orders like life oriented stuff. And yelling at this one poor employee they just started on a Friday Lunch. Poor Girl the manage should have been there. Wheelchair accessibility: Well there are no obstacles for not coming in, in wheelchair.
Quick and easy. Foods okay. Homeless man was cleaning tables and collecting all left over food. My only concern were weather the tables were released by a clean person. Didn't look like it as people were coming in and sitting down.
Unbelievable with all money Pollo Tropical makes every day, they have a order taker that look like from a 3rd world country. No respect to the clients at all.
