Shane's Rib Shack

If you getting to go orders from here please check and make sure you open your sandwich wrappers. I told the lady what I had ordered and was if right and she told me yes and I’m just getting home to find my order is wrong. This is not the first time this have happened at this location. I don’t want to stand there unwrapping my order when there’s people waiting behind me to get their food. It’s not hard to check and make sure you gave the right sandwich and nothings missing. I like this place, but it’s happening to much.

I've order at this location a few times, and I wasn't too impressed. I have been a patron of many Shane's over the years, no matter if I have to make a u-turn to get to it or go down one exit and come back, if there's a shane's I'm going. But this location didn't meet my expectations on more than one occasion. The wings here are not as flavorful, the burgers are dry, and the staff isn't good with cleanliness (rubbing your nose with your hand then handling food is unsanitary) and when I get sides here, they don't seem like enough to substantiate the cost. I love Shane's peach cobbler, and giving me straight dough and little to no peaches just the glaze isn't gonna go over well. This is my neighborhood shane's and I haven't been here in over 2 years.

The food at this location is awful. I ordered the rib basket. The ribs were boiled with sauce on them and put on the grill for a few minutes. No smoke flavor or color. I was very disappointed. I took them back up front and ordered a hamburger. I will not return to this location ever again. I used to go to the one in Peachtree City and have eaten in other locations throughout Atlanta. This one is a short distance from my home. I'll drive the extra distance to Ohio BBQ or wait until I am near a different Shane's. I have been a loyal customer for many years but today's experience ????
