Firehouse Subs Fairburn

I'm usually pleased with my order. On my last order I did online, it was messed up when I got home. They put mushrooms on my sub and I didn't order mushrooms nor do I eat them. I also order extra blk pepper and there was another vegetable I ordered (can't remember what it was now) but it wasn't on my sub either. I was very disappointed and I lived to far to take it back????????‍♀️

I had a good experience ordering online. When I got to the restaurant it was about 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time but they still had my food ready. When I walked in one of the workers were on a break and probably got up to assist me. I was glad she initially went to wash her hands and put on gloves before for the helping me. My sandwich is already made but they waited to put my cookie in the bag. I like using the app because that saves a lot of time and energy even though this location wasn't busy during this time. The employees looked well attentive and eager to help.

Sub was ok, I have had better from them before, also the brownies were all crumble up, after I paid for it as the guy was there better ones, he showed them to me, they were no better. They should have thrown them away.
