Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have been to MANY Chipotle restaurants, so I feel like I know the quality standards. This particular location is sorely lacking in training, cleanliness, and customer service. There were multiple line items missing when we arrived at 6 PM on a Sunday. We had to wait in line for 15 minutes or so for white rice, chicken, and other items to be replenished. The staff was friendly enough, but there was NO sense of urgency. Absolutely none.

When it's not busy service is good. I ordered a bowl with chicken, lettuce, mild salsa, corn cheese and guacamole. Vegetarian options: Can choose items individually so if you do not want meat they will not add it. Dietary restrictions: Good for those who have dietary restrictions such as low carb, gluten free and no pork.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I am not sure what kind of chicken this location uses but it’s not the kind I’m accustomed to eating. The pictures don’t explain the fatty, chewy, slimy and unusual bristle pieces through out. By the way, the customer service here is -0. Saturday night around 7pm on 11/12/22, workers on their phones, yelling at each other. I really miss the times when Chipotle was a go to grab and go with complete satisfaction.
