Shake Shack

The burgers are good but is not the end of the world. The shakes are good and creamy, my favorite was the tiramisu. They have restrooms downstairs. Is VERY crowded, I recommend you order online and pick up. The service is good though. Burgers does not include fries, you gotta pay them separately.

We all know what it is, Shake Shack is consistently good but this is about shouting out the staff. Last Saturday (8/12) around 2pm there was a logjam of people in the lobby, elbow to elbow. It was impossible to create an orderly line but the staff did a good job sorting us all out. Naturally, in a high pressure environment like that there will be conflict and a little ruckus broke out in the kitchen..which was quickly put down by who I’m assuming was the manager. She firmly set everyone straight without freaking out and the machine kept rolling. Good work ????????

The great shack burgers didn't disappoint. Food was hot and tasty with some new menu items For the volume of people there, we got our order quickly with everything correct. The staff was friendly and efficient. They have this weird setup for the bathrooms tho, where you end up standing on the down going stairs while waiting to go to the 2 unisex bathrooms. I think the downstairs space could be much better arranged. But we did get a seat and really enjoyed the food choices
