Very popular burger joint. People working are very nice and try their best to fulfill the orders. In a busy day (if you don't order ahead) you'll wait around 45 minutes. Burger patties are tasty whole dishes are not worth for the dollar amount. Sizes are smal for restaurants. If you didn't yet, try "Plan Check" in West LA on Sawtelle Blvd and enjoy real tasty burger with housemaid extras, truffle fries and dehydrated ketchup etc. After a year, I visited this place again and order truffle burger and chicken burger and shakes. Take a look at the picture. This is a smallest burger that I ever ordered and picked up. It's same size as White Castle slider. İn the picture also a order of fries with cheese. (Plate is a normal size plate not big). Shakes are just sugar, I couldn't drink a diabetics waiting to happen shake. Next time, I remember this and drive longer to get better burger.
Shake shack is great on the flavors! A bit pricier in my opinion, but still good. We stopped by Shake Shack for a quick appetizer (of burgers :P) before we were going to eat at Sugarfish. Order on the kiosk. We each got a burger and shared a fry. Burgers and fries all taste great! I do still prefer In N Out based on the value, but it is a good change up :) Food did take a while to come out for no reason. Maybe took close to 20 min in the early afternoon. Parking in the plaza. Today I ordered 2 burgers. They were uncooked. I asked to recook my food and was told by management to go elsewhere because they were too busy and didn’t have time for games. The service at the other locations are very helpful and kind. Marina Del Rey is a joke! Management will be on their cell phones laughing and playing and claim they are busy? My question is how can you be so rude as a manager??? I suggest customer service training for the management here because the other locations make the food correctly and are always pleasant. Natalie is so rude.
