California Pizza Kitchen at Marina Del Rey

This place has really gone downhill over the last few months. We have a new baby in the house and my wife and I place pickup orders. They are notoriously wrong. A chicken Cesar comes with out the chicken, a roasted veggie salad comes with only lettuce. Every time we have to point it out or find out when we get home. We can’t ever seem to be able to have a meal together that is correct. How hard is it to read the ticket and place the correct order in the bag? I’m gonna miss going to this place but the team has doesn’t ever seem sorry. You’ll get your refund in 5-7 days ok bye.

We are visiting LA, california from Eastern PA. We decided to come out for dinner at this location. The food was fantastic, but the server (Lawrence) but very subpar. We were barely checked in on, he stated that the card machine had problems so we had to pay in cash (which is always very sketchy), and asked another server in front of us that if he started at 4, was he able to leave at 9.. she even seemed uncomfortable with that question. He appeared to rather be anywhere else and didn't care about his job at all... which is fine, but that's his problem and not ours to havea bad experience. I did call after we left and was on hold for about 5 minutes to speak to a manager and he also seemed very disinterested in the feedback I gave. I said that I wasn't looking for anything, but essentially explained the above. Tl;dr - food was great.. service sucked.

Service is good, their drinks are better than their food and the pear refreshment was a delight! Our food lacked flavor, overall I would encourage a menu update.
