Customer Service needs to improve, I asked cashier to repeat herself because she just mumbled and was not clear. After her refusing, I stayed calmed and I asked for Ketchup and hot salsa. She didn't even give me the Ketchup. This job is easy and simple, if you can't handle it then maybe you shouldn't be there.
No good. Everytime I go the workers steal my sticker off of my coke to see if I win free food or a prize and they keep for themselves. Difficult to get into, you have to do a u turn. They no good, I say no. The McDonald's on Santa Monica Blvd. By the century city Westfield mall the best. The clean and professional. No to mdr McDonalds they no good
Price for item 12% more expensive than like item at neighboring McDonald's. Took 25 minutes to get through the line. Then at pay window, cashier didn't have my order any longer.
