Shake Shack Downtown Indianapolis

Tracey should get her own franchise. She is the best way to nsp read a wonderful lunch experience I've seen. She truly loves the job she has and making others experience great. She's a walking talking working joy! This company is lucky to have her!!!

I rarely go downtown Indy but when I do I like to try new places to eat at. Today I went to Shake Shack because I was in the mood for a burger and it was close to where I was. Personally I really wasn’t impressed at all. You place your order via a kiosk then sit and wait to be called. When I was looking for a table to sit at they were all dirty, either had trash or crumbs on them. While looking around I saw santiwipes, so I assume you have to clean the tables yourself. For a $30 lunch, I expect at least a clean table. I ordered the white truffle burger with bacon, side of fries, large lemonade and a six piece chicken nugget, plus they added a 10% tip, not sure who or what I was tipping for. I didn’t like that. My total was $30 ???? The burger was really thin and dry, I prefer mine thick and juicy. The fries were ok, just plain crinkled fries with Parmesan or something sprinkled on them. The lemonade was good. I got the nuggets for my service dog to have as a treat when we got back to

1st Time trying them and it was a Disappointment. 1st off, the burger size is way smaller than what they were advertising. The price was about $10 for just the burger, which is ridiculous especially for the size of it. You also have to get everything separately. They don't have combos or meals. I also had the bacon cheese fries. They gave a small portion for about $6. Barely had any flavor. Their sauces didn't do any justice. Their special sauce shake shack sauce taste like a generic mayo. The only thing that I liked, was that is was easy to order. You can order at their counter or at their self checkout screens. Overall 2/10.
