I visited Saltgrass for dinner with my family on the recommendation of several locals, and we had a superb experience! The food was excellent (my steak cooked exactly as I requested), and our server, Parker, was attentive, congenial, super fun to talk to, and provided us with a phenomenal evening. If we're ever in Texas again, we'll be back.
Three of us came for dinner and all ordered the rib eye, the steak was great and the service staff was very kind. Special mention, today we were served by Lauren. Her friendly service made our dinner a wonderful memory.
Saltgrass is a favorite for our company lunches. So far, I've tried the Texas T-Bone, Salmon Oscar, and 16oz Ribeye. Order according to your taste but I usually go with medium rare or medium. Always cut through like buttah' and yes I mean Buttah'. Macaroni and cheese and salad. Starters I highly recommend are the fried shrimp-jalapenos and mushrooms.
