Sal's is always great, top of the line pizza, but their fish sandwich is my favorite. The service is always top notch.
Pizza is good, but well known fact with locals is Sals has best fish in town. (Sorry #2 Passtime Fish House in Jeffersontown, #3 Mike Linings out Cane Run and #4 Cunningham’s on Harrods Creek). I’m a self appointed fish expert, my family owned a seafood restaurant for 7 years. Trivia fact, Louisville, KY eats more cod per capita, than any city in US that is not on the Ocean.
Not shy on the toppings which was great! But not sure I would call this a "pub"- pretty few drafts on tap to choose from. But overall great n tasty pizza! Thanks Sal!
