I would not believe the 4.8 stars currently on Google maps for this restaurant if I did not try it for myself. A co-worker hyped it up daily so I thought I was going to be set up for disappointment. ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the BEST sushi I've ever tasted. The rolls are gigantic and they just melt in your mouth. Normally when I'm starving, I eat extremely fast without appreciating the flavor. I took nearly a minute to eat each piece, savoring every dimension of flavor that I could possibly experience. Pictured are the Louisville, Happy, Kentucky, and Lexington rolls. The fish is so incredibly fresh. I did not need any soy sauce to dip the rolls in. In fact, I tried dipping one piece and it nearly ruined the flavor. The salmon was seared with a torch. The rice was not grainy at all. The happy roll (second one down) is only $6.50! That's cheaper than mediocre grocery store sushi! This place is amazing! The price service and taste is so awesome. The rolls are huge compared to all other sushi places I’ve been to and the service is very fast.
