Room service has been pretty consistently bad the last 3 days. Feels intentional because surely they cant be this bad. Food was cold, coffee was barely warm and tasted like the bottom of a cold pot of coffee. The yogurt was warm, the fresh fruit had already been opened and picked at. If the room wasnt already paid for I would have left. Our pre ordered breakfast was over an hour late with no apology. This place has a LOT of 1 star reviews for a reason!

Clean. Decor is fine. Restaurant furniture needs replacement. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are tasty well presented and competitive prices, The personnel are very welcoming, efficient and professional.
