Apollo Diner

First time here. Ordered the Tuesday special gyro sandwich with shredded lamb. I wasn’t expecting my gyro to be this good. It’s actually slow roasted lamb meat. Fabulous!! Sorry took pic after I dove in. Definitely worth a trip here.

In July of 2022 our family of 7 went to Apollo, after Church and got seated right away in a large booth. Real nice waitress. Many food choices, large potions and good food. Down to earth. Thank-you.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were here for an hour and a half, people that came in after us got their food first. The kids at our table got their food first and by the time the adults got theirs it wasn’t even warm and they forgot my toast. They’re was also another table that came on after us who decided to leave because of how long it was taking and the owner (assuming) stopped them, comped their meal and they still got it in a to go box before our food even came out. When checking out he said I hope the service was good and I told him everything was terrible and he did not even apologize for the terrible service. Our waitress was a doll, very accommodating to the kids and apologetic.
