Russ' Restaurant

Ordered the Hot Turkey Sandwich and it looks like brown gravy! Their explanation was it got a little darker! It was very salty and the wait time was awful! I'm really disappointed with them this time.

This is the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. While in Grand Rapids I had to enjoy a breakfast stop, and I chose Russ' Restaurant for that meal. Parking was a Plenty. Once inside I was amazed at how clean this place is! The waitress Terri was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We placed our order, and waited for about 20 minutes for our food order. Coffee was topped off more than once during the wait for food. Food came out and everything looked great. I had the Eggs Benedict and found the food to be delicious. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend you visit this establishment. I cannot imagine anyone would be unhappy. Food: 5 Stars Employees: 5 Stars Cleanliness: 5 Stars Parking: Plenty of parking, many handicap spots and they were directly in front of the restaurant.

I ordered a carry out from here. The double cheeseburger was so over cooked, & it wasn't very good nor had any flavor to it. The sweet potato fries were really good, but I got about 10 total with the order. The southwestern chicken salad was alright. It was a big salad, but the southwestern ranch is just red hots mixed with ranch. The food was disappointing.
