Stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner before heading to the mall. Took a while to be seated but once we were our server was excellent. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Otho good really noteworthy here good or bad. Typical Red Robin experience.
Food was good service was absolutely horrendous first no one came to the table for 15-20 minutes then when she did she was extremely rude and dismissive after we finally placed our orders we asked for a fry for a appetizer 10-15 minutes after that someone rushed by and dropped our fries on the table basically throwing them at us 10-15 minutes after that when she finally came back to check on us I ordered a lemonade when she came back with our food there was no lemonade or the condiments that we ordered waited a few minutes for her to come back she never did so we ate all our food once we were done with our meals here she comes with ranch campfire sauce lemonade etc then says oh I’m sorry here’s your things absolutely horrible to top it off it was my birthday then when I tried to get the piece of cake I wanted they didn’t have the syrup… I’ve always enjoyed my birthday burger here but not anymore if I could leave negative stars I would the worst Red Robin experience I’ve had this far
Our server was amazing! Very friendly and prompt!! Food was great. We had the cedar bacon fondue burger, the onion rings and campfire sauce was amazing!! Will be back.
