Came here today with my husband for a late lunch. Our waitress was very nice and took our order quickly. I loved the coconut shrimp, mozzarella sticks, and the cheese steak sandwich was delicious. My husband liked his chicken and broccoli too. At the end of the meal, the waitress suggested us getting on an email list to receive notice of special deals etc. All and all we really enjoyed the service and the food.
Been here a couple of times. But was very disappointed during this trip. had gone in for a late lunch. Went for the endless salad bar. I was disappointed there as there were no meats and cheeses like usual. Has meat and cheese been taken off the salad bar? Was apparently the only customer in the store. Server never filled my water when it went low. Had to wait ages for the check too. Between getting the check and paying the check. It was a 13 minutes wait. Definitely could have been better. UPDATE: despite them reaching out and exchanges being done. This branch in question has still yet to reach out to me(I was told they were going to!). I believe the branch in question is not keen at all to reach out to customer or maybe we are just not important enough for them to want to reach out to. For what it’s worth. It’s not even an extremely busy branch. So no idea what is taking so long for them to reach out. Hence the google rating has been changed to 1 star. DEFINITELY NEVER coming back to
I usually love Ruby Tuesday. It's a nice treat - especially their salad bar! However, I ordered a steak medium rare and got the toughest, hardest to chew, well done steak I have ever eaten. I was also in the bathroom less than 15 minutes after finishing my meal. I won't be back, unfortunately. I have to find a new salad place.
