Ronnies Catfish & More (Lancaster)

Just want to tell Ronnie Catfish &More your fish great!! It was not fishy it was hot!! This was my first time trying this location keep up the great job!!

First time coming to the establishment they only take cash no exception which is cool I guess I ordered the two fish fillet no bones it was good bread wasn’t toasted I would come back from time to time.

Food is good but they are very unprofessional. They are never open on time or taking orders when they open. I just called at 11:28am and was told they are currently not taking orders until “about 12pm” even though they open at 11:00am. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry you should be ready to receive your first order when you open at the time you established. Not just now prepping for the day. If this is going to be an ongoing issue maybe consider pushing your established business hours back. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They also take forever to cook the food. 15-20 mins I understand but having to wait a whole 40+ mins for food is ridiculous. Furthermore, there is 4 schools located on this street and our lunch time starts between 10:30-12:30. Teachers would love to have your food but your business open at 11:00am which isn’t a problem. The problem is the lack of being prepared to accept orders on time then having to wait 30+ mins for food. Major loss
