This location has the best pizza in Lancaster. I always receive the same quality whenever I order from them even with them short staffed. The pizza is always hot and fresh when it comes to the door. Domino’s, Papa John’s stopped ordering from them a long time ago because they are careless. But Mr. Jim’s will always have my service for their consistency. Its a bit pricier than the some of the other places but worth it. Guest should always receive the same quality products every visit and Mr. Jim’s never misses.

Very friendly staff. I get a lot of orders from this location and the one in Desoto. Very fast establishment as my orders are always ready when I arrive.

The 5 star reviews are LYING!! Frozen pizza would've been a better option. Needless to say I will not be returning. Lied about toppings. Dry!!! Flavorless crust! Toppings taste as if the come off the reduced rack at a grocery store! Cheese bread was just that cheese and bread... nothing to try to make it tasteful. Sad maybe just this location but I won't try another one based on this Flavorless experience.
