Ralph Lauren exudes class and charm with its traditional American style, reminiscent of an ancient library. The ambiance is undoubtedly one of its strongest points, immersing diners in a timeless atmosphere. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for an excellent dining experience. The service throughout our visit was impeccable, with attentive and friendly servers attending to our needs. While the restaurant impresses with its elegant decor and attentive service, we found the food to be somewhat of a mixed bag. The soup, unfortunately, arrived cold, which was disappointing. Additionally, the salad fell short of our expectations, lacking the burst of flavors we had hoped for. Our condo unit located along the Magnificent Mile is just a 10 minutes walk to the RL Restaurant. We love the classic ambience, the good food and the friendly attentive services. We frequent this place whenever we are in town. Make sure to make a reservation.
