Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle and recently seen this one was just a few minutes away from my house a few months back. Safe to say I’m one of their favorite regulars since every once in a while they comp my meals either in the afternoon or morning! Food tastes amazing and is always fresh!

Makes total sense that this location has a 1.9 star rating, but I'm still shocked at the experience I just had here. Upon getting to the counter to begin ordering, an employee was wiping the counter down & as he did so, he pretended I wasn't even standing there....no greeting...no "I'll be with you in a second"..... nothing. I waited patiently and about five or so minutes later, another employee approached the counter and shouted "anyone getting brown rice?" While standing at the counter and DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF HIM, I said "yes, I am." He slopped the order together, snatched his gloves away, and quoted the order total, which came out to a bit less than fifteen dollars. I handed him a $20 bill and do you know this guy actually tried to give me back over $7 in coins? I asked him what he was doing as he stood with so many coins in his hand he could barely grip them and he mumbled "We're out of singles." One of the worst chipotle locations I have ever been to. Don’t order on the app ahead of time as you will end up with food with pretty much no protein. I ordered a chicken burrito and it literally had under 10 small pieces of chicken. This isn’t the first time myself or my coworkers have had this happen. The employees there take advantage of people placing online orders not being able to see their food be made resulting in basically a rice and bean entree. In person the restaurant is always dirty, not sure if understaffed but the employees never seem to know what they are doing, this includes how to roll a burrito, portion size, cleanliness etc.
