Great tacos if you are looking for lunch. They have outdoor and indoor dining. The cost is $4-$5 average for a taco. The place is clean and has a quiet atmosphere. The tacos were little oily but the taste was amazing. The meat was well cooked and the stuff was fresh. I got the pork and beef tacos. Liked the rice on the side but it was completely plain without any beans or lettuce on it. One star less for their impatience customer service. I believe the lady who was doing customer service stepped out for a minute, so a guy stepped in to take the order. He was rushing me so fast to make an order. I was on business trip and visiting this place and have no clue what to order and there was no queue behind me either. I felt rushed and had to order something quick and felt uncomfortable. Wish I had a better customer service. Other than that, the food quality was amazing and little overpriced tacos was okay because of the location. Definitely a great place to stop by ????????????
I ordered take out from our hotel (about 5 min walk) and didn’t leave to pick up until receiving a confirmation that order was ready. Upon arrival it took a while for any employee to acknowledge that I was at the counter and when requesting my pick up it was another 20 min wait (total 1 hour since ordering.) I assume they gave my order to someone else or it was never made and there was a glitch in the online system. HOWEVER, I was impressed with the politeness of one employee who was doing her best to correct the mistake and, since I wasn’t in a hurry, the quality and freshness of the tacos was worth the wait.
Tallboy Taco is an amazing place for tacos. They make their own chips, too. Very intentional with dietary needs. I am gluten-free and their on line menu is very clear about which tacos are gluten-free and vegan. The on person menu isn't quite so clear. But you can always ask or go online to check.
