Delicious and authentic homemade style Mexican food. Everything was very fresh and well prepared. The Huarache's were excellent. As were the chicken Fujita, tostadas, enchiladas. The red chilli sauce is homemade and excellent very hot! Dine instead or outdoors. Very reasonably priced.
Hands down #1 Mexican in Sarasota! I’ve had Mexican cuisine in Mexico, NY, LA, TX, etc.… this is as good as any of the best! Jesus and Julio can cook their A$$es off! Had Juevos Rancheros I was blown away. Perfect amount of heat. Suzi and Francisco are an absolute pleasure! Great experience top to bottom I will be coming back on the REG!
Authentic Mexican restaurant that is well-kept with delicious and manicured food. This is not a greasy, oily, sloppy place. Guacamole is clearly fresh, the salsa is home-made (not out of a jar like many restaurants), steak is tender and good cuts of meat, shrimp tacos are HUGE and delicious. Probably best bang for your buck not only in the Mexican genre, but all-around in regards to Sarasota. Did I mention the owners also operate the place??
