Renegade Burrito

Was there this past weekend, ordered through the website. The website quotes a specific pick up time and I was there right at that time which was about 45 minutes after the order was placed. I walk in and 4 employees are just hanging out behind the counter and no customers are present. We ate our order immediately in store. It was cold and almost not edible. The beans were very undercooked and hard, the cheese had solidified and the potatoes were just mush. It was obvious the order had been sitting for a long time. Very disappointed.

A wide selection of burritos - but it wasn’t terribly amazing. I ordered a burrito that was listed on the board but the guy didn’t seem to know which it was. The ratio was a bit off in my opinion as well :/

We decided to try something other than their breakfast burritos for a change. Big mistake. We ordered a side of queso ($3.50) that wasn't even included in the delivery. Secondly, they use a single tiny tortilla for their soft tacos, which makes them instantly crumble into a messy pile the second you pick them up. Is this seriously how you always make your soft tacos? Never had any suggestions from anyone to maybe use 2 tortillas per taco? Are you really saving that much money by using only a single tortilla? So disappointed.
