I don't write reviews, especially negative. However, I felt the need to warn others not to waste their time or money. I've called for pickup the last two days and they have left me on the phone in silence. Today, we got as far as, "what would you like?". After that, it was basically waiting for me to hang up. I tried to order, waiting for a confirmation/reply from them during any of the interaction. I continued to say, "hello?" while hearing (what I assume) is the gentlemen's phone, movie, TikToks, whatever it may be. Nothing, no response. Mildly frustrating to hang up after being ignored for a minute. Their customer service is repulsive. I guess they don't want pickup orders or business? I recommend Saigon Basil instead. Much better food and service.

My wife and I came here for dinner this past week end white we were in the area. Spring roll and sauce were fresh and delicious, not pre made. Overall food were delicious, no need to add anything for flavor. Their menu is huge. Definitely will be back to try other stuff.
