Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've been to this RR more than a few dozen times over the last 20 years. I've seen it undergo many renovations. And the menu has changed so much. This location has been consistent at always being understaffed and over busy. Our waitress was amazing, extremely courteous and respectful, but so over worked and stretched thin. She has to manage so many tables, unfortunately because it was a Friday night, so they were super busy. Vegetarian options: You can get a salad and fries and onion rings. But not a good place for vegetarians. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. Yes there are child seats and menus, but it's a sit down restaurant which are not the most kid friendly to begin with Parking: The parking is terrible. This parking lot is old, and has extremely thin spaces. The lanes are also smaller than more recent ones, and its tedious to exit this during normal business times. Wheelchair accessibility: There's technically handicapped parking, but the doors are not automated. Dietary

Wanted some Red Robin and didn't want to eat at the resturant. Take out is standard, I wish they would not close the lids on orders with fries, by the time u get them home they are soggy and soft from the steam. Other wise food was good as always.
