Paid over $30 for soup that looks like vomit, and a sandwich that is pathetic. This location keeps getting worse. Eat at your own risk. … More
They didn't put chicken on our large Fuji salad and when I pointed out the salad looked too small for a large salad they argued the point. When we got back to our table we realized the chicken was missing. They refused to remake the salad but gave us a cup of chicken to put on our salads. We will not be back any time soon. Get a printed receipt and check your order.
Panera Bread Washington Square definitely offers what you’ve come to expect in excellent customer service, clean and bright establishment, fantastic fresh and tasty food, and super-prompt service. This one has a great location very close to but not in the actual Mall boundaries which makes parking easier. Our “go-to” lunch is the half-soup-salad with chicken noodle soup and chicken Caesar salad. Always spot on!
