The first time with Red Robin, and the first time we almost ate flies, also the food was prepared at pickup ready time, no promises. Please check this location if you want to go
The was the second time in a row that the restaurant completely let us down. Besides the fact it took 35 min to get our drinks; then an additional 20 to get our pretzel bite appetizer that was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for 10 (warm stale taste and cheese dip had filmy layer on it). After that half the order was luke warm at best, bottom less fries never came either did our waitress literally left money on the table and finally left. So disappointed tried calling to speak with a manager they never came to the phone either. I will be actually be contacting corporate.
The day I went the manager older gentleman silver hair was chewing out the employees in the dining area loud enough to be heard several tables away. I actually called the girl over and told her that there are several places hiring for better money and she didn't have to put up with that treatment. Beyond that. The food was good. Her service was great until he upset her and well it wasn't good from there but I don't blame her at all.
