Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Prices are decent, food is good, but the service is horrible. Nice that they have a "cheese fondue", but it's a shame that it was brought out ten minutes after I started eating. Would have been nice to have while my food was warm. Oh, and they have this awesome thing called "bottomless fries", the point behind it is that essentially its "all you can eat" fries. Awesome, except when you have a waitress like ours who never checked on the table. The wife and I were staring at each other, hoping we'd get drunk refills, but no. There's this cool little tablet thing on your table that has a button to order refills. Tried that, it said there were no current beverages so that didn't work. Finally,after about 20 min of waiting, the waitress is passing by, looks in our direction and the wife says "water and fries please". It's not often you go to a restaurant and feel like you're bothering the wait staff. Again, food is good. Prices are reasonable. But it's kinda pointless to have bot

I bought some mr. Beasts burgers from here and not only did my food arrive late, there was no meat patty on a simple two burger order. There's no way to get a hold of them to give a refund because this is not worth 40.00 dollars. Very poor service, will contact my bank to give a refund.

We got here about an hour and a half before it closed & we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely good. The gripes I have is that we asked for a medium burger & we got a well done burger. & we also were never gave anymore fries once we finished ours. I know that isn't a big deal, but that's why we love the bottomless side aspect of Red Robin.
