Macayo's Mexican Food

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was warm and inviting! Our Server/Waitress was Amazing!! She went above and beyond to accommodate us! It was very festive and clean! This is a place I would definitely recommend and a place I would frequent.

We went to celebrate Macayo's 76th anniversary. $10 chimichangas were advertised. Pico de Gallo, sour cream, cheese are on as toppings on every advertisement. When we got to the table, the waitress said every one of those toppings will be $.76 a piece! I was floored. We told her the picture that was in the lobby had all the toppings with a $10 sign on it. Definitely false advertising. Ended up getting the grande chimichanga with all the fixings and rice and beans for about $15. Really wanted to love the deal they advertised. Unfortunately, we were hood winked. Gave 4 stars for the food. Chips and salsa are ALWAYS ON POINT. Chimi was delicious and satisfying. Would have been 5 stars for sure. ????

Not a great experience! I went for happy hour and ordered the Dip Trio. The waitress gets it wrong. There was a shift change in between and we get a new waitress. When I get my bill I asked for the manager because my bill is incorrect. I proceed to tell him what I ordered and he give me this bull abt the time the order was submitted however when my check comes back it was still wrong. So I gave it back to him again and he tells me what I ordered which in fact is NOT what i asked for. As I’m trying to explain what I asked for is not what i got he cuts me off. So now at this point I’m highly frustrated because obviously no one is listening! So again we go over my order….. it should not take me 30 minutes to pay! And not shouldn’t have been made to feel as if I was the blame for my order being wrong!
